AI Search allows users to ask questions in natural language and receive answers based on information available within your MyHub site. AI Search can also return results from approved content made available through the new file provider integrations, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox.

To ensure AI Search is configured appropriately for your organization, activation is completed through a guided enablement process with the MyHub Customer Success team.

Why Is Activation Required?

AI Search works best when the content being indexed is accurate, current, and well maintained.

As part of the activation process, we'll help you review how AI Search works, discuss the optional file provider integrations, explain indexing and exclusion options, and answer any questions you may have.

We'll also discuss any content review or cleanup activities that may be required before indexing begins.

How Activation Works

Step 1: Book Your AI Search Enablement Session

Meet with our Customer Success team to:

• See AI Search in action

• Review the AI Search Terms of Use

• Discuss fair usage and service expectations

• Review file provider integrations

• Understand indexing and configuration options

Step 2: Review and Clean Up Content

Before indexing begins, organizations are required to review the content that will be included in AI Search.

This includes MyHub pages, files, and any content that will be made available through AI Search.

Removing duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate content helps improve search quality and AI generated responses.

Step 3: Confirm You're Ready

Once your content review is complete, simply let us know.

We'll then begin the indexing process.

Step 4: Indexing and Testing

Our team will configure and index your approved content sources.

Where requested, AI Search can be enabled so administrators can test and review results before launch.

Step 5: Go Live

Once testing is complete and you're happy, AI Search can be enabled for all users.
