The Events Calendar module in MyHub provides a centralized way to manage meetings, events, and important dates across your intranet site. With options for customization, recurring scheduling, permissions, and external integration, it supports both internal coordination and external invitations.

1. Built-In and Custom Calendars
A default calendar is preloaded on your site.

Additional calendars can be added via the Modules panel to support different teams, departments, or purposes.

2. Calendar Settings
Accessible via the gear icon and “Edit Settings.”

Customize visibility, time zones, default views, and other display preferences.

Tooltips are available (hover over the “i”) to guide users through each setting.

3. Creating Events
Click + Add Event to create a new calendar entry.

Set a title, time, location, importance level, and organizer.

Add supporting media or documents (PDFs, images, videos) to provide context.

Events can be set as recurring (daily, weekly, monthly).

Invitations can be sent to:

Individual users

User roles (e.g., departments)

External users (via email)

4. Visibility Across Pages
Calendars can be mirrored across multiple pages for increased visibility.

Use the Copy Module function and choose to mirror or duplicate content as needed.

5. Display Options
Multiple views available:

Week view

Month view

List view (ideal for reviewing upcoming events at a glance)

6. Permissions & Access Control
Set who can create or edit events (e.g., all registered users or specific individuals).

Assign calendar administrators with full editing rights.

Fine-grained control ensures only authorized users can manage sensitive events.

7. External Calendar Integration
Embed live feeds from Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar directly onto your site.

Easily set up via detailed Help Guides, making it simple to integrate existing scheduling tools.
