# Hiding and Disabling Pages

## This video explains how to hide or disable pages on your site to control navigation visibility and functionality. These options help you manage how users access content and organize your site’s menu more effectively.

**Hiding and Disabling Pages**

Key Features:

Hiding Pages: Removes the page from the site navigation menu but keeps it accessible through direct links, such as quick links on the homepage.

Disabling Pages: Keeps the page visible in the navigation but makes it unclickable—useful for creating placeholder items in dropdown menus.

How to Hide a Page: Go to the Pages section in the sidebar.

Find the page you want to hide (e.g., “HR and Training”).

Click the three dots next to the page name and select Hide.

The page will disappear from the navigation menu but can still be accessed via direct links.

How to Disable a Page: Navigate to the Pages section.

Select the page to disable.

Click the three dots and choose Disable.

The page remains visible in navigation but is no longer clickable, acting as a placeholder.

Benefits:

Cleaner Navigation: Hide pages that are not needed in the menu to reduce clutter.

Flexible Menu Design: Use disabled pages as dropdown headers without linking to a page.

Maintain Access: Hidden pages remain accessible via direct links, allowing targeted access when needed.
