How to Add a File Based Question to a Form

The purpose of this article is to guide users in adding a File Based type question to a form. Administrators can now add a "File upload" question to an exam, such as "Please upload your certificate," and set it as a required field.

STEP 1 - In the Form Creator page, you will find two options below, choose and click "Add question"

STEP 2 - After clicking "Add Question" click the drop down button and choose "File upload"

STEP 3 - After choosing "File upload" you can now fill up the text bar with your question, in the question title, and additional description on the text box below.
