How to assign learnings from the Library

Learn how to assign learnings from the LMS Library so employees can easily access and complete curated training content.

Navigate to the content page in the Library

Click "Assign to others"

In the popup type the name of the people or the teams that you want to assign this content.

Customise the message (optional)

You can customise the message that is sent to the assignees. Leave blank to send a default message.

If you don't want to notify the people, click the toggle to off and a notification will not be sent. This is useful if you want to assign content but send other forms of notification or announcement at a later stage.

If you require evidence that the learning was completed or you need the learner to perform an additional task as part of the learner use this feature.
