Follow Functionality: Users can follow colleagues by visiting their profile in the directory to expand their updates feed.
Flexible Sorting Options: Easily filter updates by type: all posts, events, news, shoutouts, general updates, module notifications, or admin alerts for streamlined viewing.
Easy Sharing: Users can post either general updates or shoutouts, both supporting text, emojis, images (uploaded or designed in Canva), and attachments.
Tagging Teams and Users: Shoutouts allow tagging of individuals, default teams (e.g., all users, administrators), or custom teams to target messages effectively.
Pinned Posts: Administrators can pin important posts to keep them at the top of everyone’s feed for increased visibility.
Interaction: Users can like and comment on posts to engage with shared content and foster communication.
