Updating a Roadmap

The purpose of this article is to guide users through the process of updating an existing roadmap. It provides step-by-step instructions for modifying roles, competencies, behaviours, and descriptions, as well as adding new behaviours. This ensures roadmaps remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with organisational or team needs.

Click on 'Roadmaps'.

Click on the role that requires updating.

 

 

To update a role, click on the role and make your changes.

 

 

You can also update the description field by clicking on the description and making your changes.

 

 

To update a competency, click on it and make your changes.

Once again, you can also update the description field by clicking on the description and making your changes.

 

 

To update behaviours, click on the text box of the behaviour that requires updating.

 

 

Click "Behaviours"

 

 

To add a new behaviour, click the "Type to add behaviours" text box, enter your behaviour, and press enter.

To edit an existing behaviour, click on it and make your changes.

 

 

Click on the "Unpublished" button and select "Publish".
