What question is your arUnderstanding Your Performance & Growth Dashboardticle answering?

Learn how to use your Performance & Growth dashboard to see your goals, progress, reviews and other performance activity in one place.

Understanding your Dashboard

The Performance & Growth Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your current performance and development activity.

Rather than opening each area individually, the Dashboard brings together key information about your goals, progress and performance reviews so you can quickly see what needs your attention.

It's designed to be the starting point when you open Performance & Growth.

Viewing your goals

The Dashboard provides an overview of your current goals, including the number of active goals and your overall progress.

This gives you a quick indication of how your goals are tracking without having to open the full My Goals area.

If you need more detail, you can open My Goals to view individual goals, add progress updates, review key results or make changes.

Keeping your goals current also makes the information displayed throughout Performance & Growth more useful.

Understanding your goal progress

Your overall goal progress gives you a high-level view of how you're progressing across your active goals.

This isn't intended to replace the detail contained within each goal. Instead, it helps you identify when you may need to take a closer look.

For example, if several goals have made little progress, you might review them individually to determine whether priorities have changed, an update is overdue or you need assistance to move something forward.

Viewing review activity

The Dashboard also provides visibility of your performance review activity.

If you have an active review cycle, you can use the Dashboard to understand where your review currently sits and whether there is anything you need to complete.

Depending on the stage of the review, this might include completing your self-assessment, waiting for your manager to complete their review, reviewing your manager's feedback or acknowledging a completed review.

For more information, open Reviews to see the complete review and any actions required.

Using the Dashboard as a manager

If you're a manager, the Dashboard can also help you identify performance review activity relating to the people who have selected you as their manager.

This can help you see when employee reviews are progressing through the review process and identify activity that may require your attention.

Open Reviews and select Team Reviews when you need to work with the reviews for people who have selected you as their manager.

Turning information into action

The Dashboard is most useful when you use it as a starting point rather than simply as a reporting screen.

For example, you might notice that a goal hasn't progressed as expected. You can open the goal, add an update or use it as a discussion point in your next 1:1 meeting.

You might see that a performance review requires your attention and open Reviews to complete the next step.

Or you may use the information on the Dashboard to decide what you want to discuss with your manager during your next performance conversation.

Using Performance & Growth regularly

Performance & Growth is designed to support ongoing conversations rather than only being used at formal review time.

Checking your Dashboard regularly helps you keep goals current, stay on top of review activity and identify areas that may need discussion with your manager.

From the Dashboard, you can move into the relevant area whenever you need more detail or need to take action.
