Module and Page Display Date Settings
Module and Page Display Dates
Summary: This help video explains how to apply custom timeframes to modules or entire pages on your intranet site. This feature is ideal for scheduling announcements, surveys, event posts, or temporary content to appear and expire automatically, saving you time and ensuring timely communication.
Key Features:
Module Display Time and Date: Found in the Settings menu of any module. Set a start date to make a module appear on a specific day (e.g. a birthday message). Set an end date to automatically hide a module after a chosen date (e.g. a survey expiration).
Page-Level Scheduling: From the Pages menu, click the three dots next to the page name. Choose Display Date to set a publishing or expiration date for the entire page.
Benefits:
Hands-Free Scheduling: Plan content in advance without needing to manually show or hide modules or pages.
Better Content Control: Automatically remove outdated or time-sensitive information, keeping your site clean and relevant.
Flexible Applications: Perfect for event announcements, seasonal content, time-limited surveys, and more.
Consistent User Experience: Ensure content appears exactly when it's needed—no early reveals or lingering posts.
