Embedding and Displaying a PDF

This guide will provide an overview of how to embed a PDF into your MyHub site. This is a great option if you'd like people to view the PDF on the page without having to download it.

Note: While this guide will use the Expanding Text module, any module that has the text editing tool can be used to display a PDF, including the Text Image Video module.

Step 1. Hover over the pencil icon above the module and select Add Item to add a new expanding text box, or select Edit below it to use an existing one. If you are using a Text Images Video module, hover over the pencil icon above it and click Edit Content.

Step 2. Click on the PDF/iframe icon

Step 3. Click on Browse Files 

Step 4. Select the PDF you'd like to embed or Upload your PDF by selecting your folder on the left and using the Upload button, then click Select.

Step 5. Select Save to embed the PDF into the module.

Step 6. Scroll down using the scrollbar on the right and click Save once again to save your changes.

Step 7. Close Edit Mode to view the PDF on the page

Note: Displaying very large PDF’s may impact page load times.
