  • Question: How do I add Flare to our company MyHub site? 
  • Answer: We’ll automatically be adding an Employee Benefits page to your site, you can also choose to add the Flare module from the add modules list, just drag and drop this onto any page into a column.
  • Question: Do I need to open or create a Flare account?
  • Answer: No, when a Flare page or module is added to your site we'll automatically create an account with Flare for you.
  • Question: What countries is Flare available? 
  • Answer: Flare benefits are only available in Australia.
  • Question: Can I remove Flare from my site?
  • Answer: Yes, you can hide or delete the page and/or module at any time.
  • Question: Is there a cost to my company to use Flare? 
  • Answer: No, access to Flare is provided at no cost to the employer and employee.
  • Question: Can I speak to someone at Flare for support or to answer any questions about our account?

  • Question: What is novated leasing?
  • Answer: A novated lease is a form of vehicle finance that is a three-way agreement between an employer, employee and lease provider like Flare Cars. For the employee, payments are made directly to the financier by regular payroll deductions via salary sacrifice before the PAYG income tax is deducted from their salary.
