Can I Call MyHub For Support?
To offer the lowest subscription price possible MyHub does not have a traditional call centre support model or a telephone number you can call. We have over 100 knowledge articles within our Knowledge Base, these articles include short video guides, written guides containing screenshots and quick tips.
You can contact our support team using the following methods:
- Chat with the support team, we provide chat support from our website from 8am to 7pm Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday
- Raising a support ticket via the support form by clicking the link here.
- Booking a video support call via our online booking system, these calls are provided free of charge can be used to help answer any questions and guide you through setting up your MyHub site
We will endeavour to respond to your request within 1 working day, urgent requests will be prioritized and responded to as soon as one of our team is available.
