Why Can't I see Images or Documents on Pages?
To ensure images displayed on pages are visible to all users you must set the folder permissions the images or documents are saved into to the correct permission Role, in most cases, the correct setting will have the Registered User role with the View option checked, however, this may be different if you are using separate roles and role groups. Note: the user will not be able to see the folder or the Files page if this has been restricted using Page Permissions.
To check the folder permissions, visit the Files page and click the Permissions & Notifications option shown below.
Select the folder you'd like to adjust the permissions for on the left, then click Add Role/s to add a new role to the middle, such as Registered Users.
The permission needed to view these files linked on other pages is View, so be sure that this option is checked on the right side. Save your changes by hitting the Update button and you're all set.
